We were delighted to design some very hot and bright birthday flowers for an intimate dinner at Chez Bruce in Wandsworth Common this past Saturday. And apparently, the birthday girl was delighted as well as she wrote to us: “The flowers were absolutely beautiful thank you! I can’t tell you how delighted I was with them! The colours were gorgeous and just what I wanted! I really loved them!”

It was a very humbling experience to work on the floral displays for the Gurdwara Sikh Temple located in South West London. Last week-end, we were commissioned to design large creations that would reflect the colours of the biggest event of the year for the Sikh community: orange and blue. We used some bright exotic Heliconia Psittacorum (or parakeet flowers) as well as some beautiful tall blue delphinium as our key flowers and then completed the look with anthuriums, ginger, sphinx roses, statice, solid aster… We finished off the design with some silver highlights, to match the holly fabric on the altar.
